We're a small brand, not a fast fashion 🙆🏻 trying to make everyone feel a little less alone through what they wear. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine issue with your order. 🙇🏼

However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur.

If you believe there is a valid reason for a return/refund (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), you may submit a return request for review.

How to Request a Return/Refund

To initiate a return request, please forward your original order confirmation email, within 7 days after your package is delivered, to:

Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • The reason for requesting a return
  • Photo evidence (if the item is defective or incorrect)

Return requests without these details may not be reviewed.

Return Approval

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a return will be approved.

If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions via email.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used items
  • Washed items
  • Items without original condition and packaging
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
